If you're brand new to CrossFit, simply start with the Foundations Course or choose our Starter Membership
[which includes Foundations].

The purpose of the Foundations Course is to ensure that everyone who trains with us develops a solid foundation prior to participating in group training.

If you are experienced in CrossFit or its fundamental movements, your Coach may waive the Foundations Course.

This will be determined during your initial consultation. You can then move right to any of our Membership Plans.

If you will be visiting or moving to the Rockford area and are experienced in CrossFit, we'd love for you to join us!

“Rogue River CrossFit has elevated my running performance with an approach that focuses on strengthening the whole body. Battling injury the past 3 years, I realized lower mileage and strength training was necessary. CrossFit has not only kept me injury-free, but has improved my speed, strength, endurance and mental toughness. Specific areas of improvement were my running stride, posture and range of motion. I am also incorporating this gained knowledge into my athletes training routines.”
